芥籣炒魚片

很易做的一個餸, 但如果只是芥籣似乎有點單調, 今次試用炸魚片.


材料:
芥籣        12兩
炸魚片     半條
薑             2 片
蒜頭         2-3 粒


調味:
雞粉          少許
糖              少許


 
做法:
1)  炸魚片切片再切成幼條; 落鑊炒至金黃, 剩起
2)  芥籣洗淨切段
3)  下薑, 蒜頭起鑊, 下芥籣, 炒至八成熟
4)   炸魚片回鑊, 下調味即成
